Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community Forum!
I have seen no other reports of this occurring for other users, however, please make sure the date range selected in the 'Pay Superannuation' window matches the pay run dates.
If the payments are still not appearing, could you please confirm if this is happening for all employees inclduded in that pay run, or just a few?
