Payroll description showing wrong on payslip

Hi,

We have time in lieu as an entitlement for staff.  It is however showing as Personal Leave on the payslip.  We do not show personal leave on payslips.  The time in lieu entitlement is called "time in lieu accrual" in the payroll category setup, so i cant see what else i can do to get it to show the correct discription on the payslip. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your post, and Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    If the Time in Lieu is showing as Personal Leave in the payslip as the description, kindly check how Time in Lieu was set up. To check it, kindly go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements > Click the entitlement name and make sure that it has the correct entitlement name then hit OK. You may also attach a screenshot of how the Time in Lieu entitlement was set up and the payslip that shows the incorrect Time in Lieu description. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

    It appears to now be showing correctly on payslips. Yes it was definately called the correct thing on the payrol category set up, but we started a new MYOB file from 1st July, so I hope it was just a glitch in our delay to start stp or something.
