Payroll entry problems

We are running two companies on two separate computers on the version 20232.9.0 of Accounting Right Plus, on one of the companies staff details on payroll are as set up on their cards, when pay run is made on the other company, the same staff members details are different and half of the details are missing.

We have exited both companies data and logged in again and the same problem arose.

Any idea why is it so?

    Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

     

    I understand how important it is that all details for your employees are complete. As mentioned earlier, you have two companies on two different computers. If you are using a different file for each of those companies, it's likely the reason why they have a difference in detail. If this is the case, you can export your employee cards from one file to the other. I recommend reading this article, Importing and exporting data. If this does not answer the question, feel free to clarify the concern.
