PAYROLL RECORDING ERROR

Hi

 

I have processed our staff payroll but am unable to record the pays and finalise due to the following error:

Request ID: 2a3193df-e4c5-48e0-9377-bdac5ec8ab99

 

Can someone please assist in explaining this error?  Unfortunately, as the payroll was completed via web version I cannot use our desktop version to finalise the pay run.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an error when trying to process your payroll and send information to ATO. We appreciate your patience with this matter. We recommend you open the employee record and the payroll details section. Open the Leave tab and click Save. This updates the background information and will allow the pay run to be recorded and reported.

     

    If you receive the same error after clicking Save on the Leave tab, clear the cache on the browser and restart the process. Let me know if you still require further help with this.
