Payslips

Hi for the first time I am having trouble with emailing payslips. Previously I could go to my sent items in outlook and they would confirm I have sent the payslips. There seems to be some sort of change in how the payslips are sent from MYOB. I am not getting any confirmation in my sent emails in outlook and only a few employees have confirmed they have received their payslips. Can you please help me with this. Thank you

    Additionally, if only a few employees have confirmed receipts, consider reaching out to those who don’t have to check if the pay slips ended up in their spam or junk folders.

     

    If employees have confirmed that the emails are not in their spam or junk folders, I recommend trying to resend the pay slips. This will help us identify and address any underlying issues causing the problem.
