pfd/print ALL employee summaries

Hi everyone, is there a way we can save pdf/print All of the employee View summary reports, all at once?

Rather that clicking and saving each and every one, one at a time?

I know you dont have to give employees Payment Summaries anymore, but my allowances are out and Id like to reconcile where/who.

A laborious task with 200+ employees...

Thanks

Darren

    Hi DTull,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. That’s a big job with 200+ staff! MYOB doesn’t have a “print all” button for those summary reports just yet, so it’s still a bit of a manual slog. Best workaround is to grab the bigger Payroll Register or Activity reports instead, they’ll give you the figures for all employees in one hit. Otherwise, if the individual summaries are a must, it’s a case of one-by-one. If you think it’ll be worth having this bulk report, I’d reckon posting this suggestion on ideas board for feature consideration.

Thank you Shella_A , but the Payroll Register and Activity Summaries dont have separate columns that split for eg allowances, overtime etc?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi DTull,

It really helps to have the exact figures for things like allowances and other details, just to make sure everything adds up right. If you want, you can run the Activity Detail and Register Detail reports, they'll show those amounts too.

Thanks Genreve_S , Register Detail it is! Ideally a Summary report with editable colums would be great tho. Get all the employee totals on 1 line per employee, 1-2 page report

    Cheers

  • You can print Employee YTD as a single report. Once you reconcile your reports, you send an update event. If you click on the word "sent" it will give you the option to print a YTD report with all the employees, not in columns
