Process Payroll window

Is anyone else experiencing delays on loading this window since the last update? It takes about 20 seconds for the page to load. No big deal, but annoying that you have to wait that long every time you need to process payroll. 

 

MYOB, is there a glitch on the update 2022.9?

    Is it just that it is taking a bit longer to load? You aren't getting any form of error message?

    If this is the case I can suggest clearing your AccountRight cache, this can see an improvement in the software.

     

    I am also linking our Help Article on Speed and Performance tips which also contains information on how you can run your software to the best of its abilities.

    I'm trying to clear the cache, but the instructions seem incomplete.

     

    What do I do after step 4 please?

    Hello Eliane 

     

    The full steps are there. There are 8 steps in total. 

     

    If your page is being cut off when you expand the drop-down, what you will need to do is clear your browser cache and then refresh the page, then all the steps will appear.

    Thanks Chris, I was able to load the entire instructions now.

     

    Followed it through and it's still taking over 20 seconds for the Process Payroll window to load.

     

    I hope the next update fixes this bug.

     

    At this stage this is not solved.
