Hi Sam_RI have followed all instructions - made sure all income types are correct, run 0 pays, unterminated &amp; reterminated employees, unfinalised &amp; refinalised current &amp; terminated employees &amp; I'm still getting people showing as Not tax ready.&nbsp; Some seem to be Ok but some aren't, there doesn't seem to be any consistency now. From my view in MYOB they all have the "finalised " tick but this is not carrying through to the ATO &amp; I only find out when someone goes to do their Tax return.I have 456 employees with 293 of them terminated so it's been a very painful &amp; frustrating EOFY for me.&nbsp; Is there anyway to find out who is OK &amp; who needs sorting out still?&nbsp; Can MYOB do some sort of blanket repair so I don't have to waste any more days on a job that should have taken me a few hours?Thanks

I had assisted another user with the same issue on another post and they advised it was resolved after speaking with the ATO. However, you do want to make sure the green final indicator 'tick' is showing against your employees in the&nbsp;EOFY&nbsp;tab, this means the finalisation has been sent from the software. If your employees are still not showing as 'Tax Ready' in their MyGov accounts, I do recommend getting in contact with the ATO on why this is happening for your also.&nbsp;
