SGC contribution not received by employee SMSF and not received back from the bank.
Good Afternoon
I received an error message when sending the June 2025 SGC payments via MYOB that an employee's SMSF ESA was incorrect. I have contacted the employee for the correct details and re lodged their June SGC.
However the employee is advising that they have not received any SGC payments since the fund started in June 2024, although I have been lodging payments monthly and the bank account details have been correct.
The bank has not returned any of the contributions so the payments are going somewhere.
Is there anything I can do from the MYOB end to find where the payments have gone?
