SMSF Payments returned

Hello

 

I have one employee with a SMSF that the payments are continually returned.

 

I have checked details with the ATO and it all seems corrected.

 

I am not receiving any info on why the payments are getting returned.

 

Any ideas on what I can do?

    You can reach out to our support team via paysuper@myob.com to know why the super contributions are being returned. Additionally, you can check this link for more information on how to reverse and reprocess the super payments.
