SMSF Super payment error

Hi 


I have set up the super for the staff to be paid via MYOB but am having problems with a SMSF account payment.

Everything is set up correctly as far as I can see and everything linked but when I go to make the payment that I have ticked, and go record, a red cross comes up beside the tick.

And I cannot find any information on what the red cross means.

Can anyone help me please?

    Hey skelly,

     

    Nice work getting super set up and everything linked. You can click the row with the red cross, then hover over the icon to reveal what’s going on and what needs fixing. Update what it calls out and the payment will record. Here's also a link that you can check and it's about troubleshooting super payments.
