I've signed in online to resend update event and status is still sending? This will need fixing

Thanks for flagging this with us. We're aware some folks are getting the "STP Not Available" message at the moment. Our team's already on the case and working hard to get it sorted as quickly as we can. Appreciate your patience while we wrangle this one. OK so it is 24 hours later. Is this fixed? And what are we meant to do? Not declare? I need to do the wages, not ideal

Hi Helen_Keegan,
Totally get where you're coming from. Having wages held up is never ideal. We're still working on the fix for the "STP Not Available" error, but you can still get your reporting done by using the browser version of AccountRight. Here's a handy guide on how to do it in the browser: Send Single Touch Payroll reports after processing payroll.

Hi all,
Is this issue going to be rectified?? I just tried to process payroll using desktop version, I was told my organisation is not registered for single touch payroll, tried the browser version, and it allowed me to complete declaration.
When will this issue with the desktop version be rectified, was working last week, but not since update?

So this is still happening 4 days later???!!! This is a pretty serious and problematic issue MYOB. Just tried to send my STP info as well and its still not working. Yes, I pay my employees on a Sunday and NO support available until Monday from MYOB. Perhaps this should be moved to the top of your list of priorities Monday morning, as the ATO isn't very flexable when it comes to their demands....

I just tried to process a payroll today ( Monday 20/10/25) and have come across the same issue. How can this still be an issue 4 days later. Are updates being sent re this matter as its pretty important to lodge STP when the payroll is processed?

Four days feel way too long, thanks for hanging in there. Yes, we post updates on our public Status page, and you can hit Subscribe to get alerts by email. The good news is that it’s fixed now. When you get a moment, please try your payroll tasks again, including sending your STP submission.
