Super Accrual by Fund Summary not showing employee

Hi I have an employee that is on an hourly rate, permanent part time, he is set up just like other full time employees.  When I have gone to pay him super - which I do manually - using the super accrual by fund summary report - he is not on the report all my other employees are? 

It is not recording on his payslip either - please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you

    Sounds like you have identified why they are not appearing on that report and it's due to them not appearing on the payslip i.e they sound like they aren't accruing superannuation on the Pay employee window.

     

    As the employee isn't accruing superannuation I would recommend checking out Help Article: Checking and adjusting superannuation which goes through checking that category and employee set up to ensure that superannuation is calculated going forward for that employee and therefore appear on that superannuation report.
