Super payment

Hi all,

 

I am not sure if I am in the right location. I accidently confirmed an additional superannuation payment via clearing house in MYOB. I contacted the bank immediately to try and stop the payment but unfortunately, this didn't happen. I have an amount now that has been withdrawn from the bank and does not require to be allocated to any super payments. I don't know where to turn to get theses funds returned. Who do I contact? I am on hold with MYOB already 1hr and 16 minutes. 

So frustating!

    Thanks for your post. You will need to contact the Super funds to request those contributions be returned. The Help Article, Reversing and reprocessing super payments, has information to assist with reversing the incorrect payment.
