Super Payment

Thanks for noticing that the staff super contribution isn’t coming through for super payment. A good first step is to review the super fund setup for that employee. If you’re in AccountRight, make sure Pay directly from AccountRight is ticked. If you’re using MYOB Business, check that Pay using Pay Super is ticked instead. You can also use this link on how to check those settings.

 

If those are already ticked and the staff contribution still isn’t showing in the payment, it’d be best to reach out to our team so they can take a closer look at what’s happening in the file. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
