Super payments bouncing back
Hey guys.
Can anyone tell my why my employees super payments are bouncing back. all details are correct. myob also says that it has successfully processed them?

Generally speaking, if your super payments are being returned by the super fund, there are details that are incorrect/do not match with their records. We recommend reaching out to the superfund/s directly to see why this is occurring.
