Super Payments

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to pay Super for those employees who super I could not pay, I have doubled chedcked USI, ABN, ETC everything is correct, I have also called my employees super to confirm the information Ihave is correct, As i go into payment and clik on the employee to pay their super and press record I get a red cross.

 

How do I fix this so i can pay super for these employees??

    Welcome to the Community Forum

     

    The red cross doesn’t necessarily mean that the information is incorrect, it could mean that some information is missing. If you hover your cursor over the It should alert you to what area needs attention.
