Super payments

Im getting a red cross on two super payments of two employees. i have checked in their card and there is no error. Intrestingly in both cases it is the first payment after commencing employment. all other payments for these two employess are okay with same superfund. Can someone solve the riddle.

Thank you

  • Hi naresh65,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The red cross on the super payments of your two employees might indicate some missing or incorrect information in your company file for the employee or their superannuation fund. This could be an issue with the employees’ superannuation membership number, or the super fund selected. To help you resolve this, you'll need to hover your mouse over the red cross icon (X), which will give you more details about the exact error. For more information, please refer to this Community Forum post, which will help you resolve the error.
