Superannuation Payment

Hi, I am trying to process a superannuation payment however there is a red cross next to one employee which won't let me process payment.  I have checked all the card details and they seem correctg.  What else could be causing this issue.  Thank you.  Maggie

    Hi blackpoint 

     

    If you hover over the Red Cross under the employee field, you should be able to see what the underlying issue is.    Example below.
