Thanks for the extra details! When you see processing payment, it just means your payment’s in the queue and the direct debit has already been kicked off. This status can hang around for up to 3 business days, so don’t worry if it doesn’t change straight away.
If this status is showing for more than 5 days, make sure to reach out to our team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
