Superannuation Payments

I am trying to pay superannuation for a subcontractor for the first time this month, and the details for their super have been checked and all look fine, so can't understand why the crosses are coming up and not allowing me to pay through MYOB. Any suggestions?

 

P.S. The employee is set up as Labour Hire and has a zero paycheck every week with just super recorded against them.

    If you hover your mouse over the red crosses, a message should appear that will advise where the issue lies. 

     

    Once you have made the correction, you will be able to process the payment successfully.
