Superannuation

Good morning,

I have uploaded a file to superchoice platform recently and I have had one of the payment refunded.  

I got the message that the membership number was changed by the super fund yesterday and then today that they have processed a refund as the payment has been rejected.

How do I reverse the super payment so I can re-submitt in the next payment?

NOTE : this employee has since resigned and been terminated

    In order to fix this, please remove the termination date from the employee's card, fix the member number in their card file. After that is done, the super payment will have to be reversed and reprocessed as explained in this help article; Reverse and reprocess super contribution

    Just to clarify, what do you mean by "fix the member number in their card"?

    Hi debm 


    If the employee membership number has changed, the correct number needs to be entered in their card file (Card File>>Cards List>>Employees>>Employee Name>>Payroll Details>>Superannuation).

    Komal_S thanks, I'm with you now, I thought you meant the MYOB employee card ID.  Makes sense, thanks again :)
