Solved

The figure of Total Net Pay in the Pay Run Details is confusing, where does it mean and come from?

Don't understand where the figure comes from. Which is on the top of the Pay Run Details page.

  • Hi GDTC,

Since the payroll was processed without any errors, there's no need to reverse and reprocess the pay runs. This discrepancy could be a display issue within the app. You can always confirm this by looking at your payroll reports. Feel free to start a new post again if you ever need help with anything else in the future.

    Cheers,

Found the figure is the actual net pay amount times 2. Don't know why?

    Hi GDTC,

The "Total Net Pay" figure at the top of the Pay Run Details page can sometimes appear doubled due to some reasons. This means that the figure shown is twice the actual net pay amount. However, the net pay amounts for individual employees within the pay run are correct. To resolve this, you need to reverse and reprocess the pay run. See this link for more detailed steps on how to do this.

    Thank you Shella,

We processed the payroll without any error. So don't think we should reverse and reprocess the pay runs. Probably the reason for this doubled figure shown is because we process the wages through the MYOB AR app to open the online file, not through web page.

    Cheers!
