Hi JaneyP,
Thank you for your post. I understand you're having difficulty rearranging accounts within the Cost of Sales or Income sections. The grayed-out tabs indicate that the system might have restrictions on rearranging these particular accounts. From my understanding, only a detailed account can be moved up and down, and if the account is inactive. Could you please provide us with screenshots of the account you're trying to move?

The accounts I am trying to move are detail accounts under the Cost of Sales and Income header accounts.
I am able to move all other detail accounts in the accounts list under the other header accounts.
