Our company is currently being acquired, and after 20+ years we will be moving away from MYOB within the next 12 months.
My question is will we still be able to access our old data files with the desktop version of MYOB without an active subscription?

Just so you know, you'll still be able to open your old files even without an active subscription. They'll just be in read-only mode, which is perfect for looking things up down the track.
