My payroll only MYOB file has been inactive since March 2023 but my Accountant is asking some questions regarding payroll / superannuation contributions. Am I able to access these details - or re-activate my subscription to check these details?

Apologies for the delayed response. Accessing a MYOB file that has been inactive or cancelled for a year is not possible. Also, you won't be able to reactivate it to check payroll or superannuation contributions. For future instances, it's important to keep a record of all necessary details, as they may be required for reference at a later date.
