Is there anyone else suffering from MYOB AccountRight being super slow? I am working from Aged Payables reports and trying to open up transactions from these reports and it spools/delays and then I am having to shut down and reopen.
Also noticing this with everything within MYOB AccountRight
It is beyond ridiculous. I can't upload or open documents at all to purchases. Has been getting progressively slower the last 2 weeks. Now it's a joke

We had an incident yesterday that impacted uploads and caused wider performance issues in AccountRight, it’s resolved now and things should be back to normal. There are a couple of issues with the Unpaid Bills report and some Purchases reporting that can run slow depending on entry detail and higher volumes, and we’re continuing to tune those. Appreciate your patience while we sorted it.

I find it a bit glib to say that there are issues with SOME features of MYOB Accountright. There are issues with slow response times with EVERY function with MYOB Accountright. These are not current issues, these are long embedded in the software since I changed from a local server (MYOB Premier) to online files.
It takes between 30 seconds to 2 minutes to record even the most basic functions (such as recording customer payments or raising invoices). When I had a local server, these functions were mere microseconds. Mine and others patience is wearing thin and am now seriously considering changing software after 25 years
