Activating a company file

could I please have help activating my company file.  I am using AccountRight Basics and I have 0 days left to do this.  Thank you

Hi Princess,  I am using AccountRight Basics 2016 and can't get the self-serve confirmation to work for me.

The Ai also was unable to assist me.  Is it possible for you to email me the licence file. if I provide the serial number & company ID.   I Would really appreciate your help.
