Automatically signing in

Have come to work this morning, after the weekend and all MYOB is automatically signing in with no credentials inputted!

Thank you for your post.

 

Generally, when logging in to an online company file, each user may be prompted to enter their company file user ID and password. This would be entered in the following window:

The user ID and password that are required for this window are the ones set out in Setup >> User Access within the company file. If the "This user will sign in with their my.MYOb account" is ticked, this will bypass the User ID sign-in window. Untick this option and click save.

Make sure to not tick the box "Link User ID to your my.MYOB account" to avoid this issue happening in the future.
