Back up in progress...

Hi,

 

Opening the file is an issue. I.e. it won't allow me to open the file. It keeps coming up with the message of:

 

Back up in progress. The company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete. (See Below)

 

 

It has been doing this for a couple days now.

 

The internet had dropped out during a backup earlier in the week, however the backup successful message appeared once it came back online.

    Hi BeeKeeper21

     

    I've sorted out the issue with your company file. You should be good to log in now without any hiccups. If you run into any more snags, don't hesitate to create a post again.
