Back up (not online)
Hi everyone,
My accountant has asked me to make a back-up of our online files.
I can only seem to do an online back-up; how can I back up a file & send to the accountant for our records?

Hi AC2017,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand you’re trying to create a backup, but the online backup option isn’t showing as expected. For an online AccountRight file, backups are now created and stored online in MYOB’s secure cloud rather than saved to your computer or a USB drive. From AccountRight 2026.5 onwards, PC Edition no longer supports offline backups.
