Hello, Please help reset our MYOB file as it's currently stuck backing up. This is rather urgent as we have 4 people unable to do anything. Thanks.

Same, got to work this morning and my MYOB is stuck in back up mode.
Cant do anything.
Please need help urgently and call center only opens at 9am Adelaide time.

The backup-in-progress issue seems to pop up randomly, and we haven't figured out the cause yet, so there's no surefire way to stop it from happening again. If it happens, just reach out to our support team, and they'll help you out as soon as they can.
