Cannot confirm company file 2017 version.

I confirmed my company file 2 months ago and here it goes again.

The previous solution does not work anymore it reports that my serial number or registration is incorrect. I have not got a registration code, only a company file code which was acccepted in the previous solution.

Can someone help. Its so annoying especially as it indicates I have no internet connection.
