Cannot log in Back up in Progress

Could someone please help and fix the above issue as I 'm unable to log into our Company File.

    I see your issue is with the backup in progress status of your file. 

     

    To dive into this and lend a hand, I'll just need to grab a few details from you. Could you shoot me your serial number and account name via private message? Once I have all the info, I'll be more than happy to take a closer look and help you out.

     I was able to get in contact with MYOB Support and they have resolved my issue. Thankyou
