Can't log into AccountRight after restore failure
I needed to restore a backup earlier this evening, which seemingly fell at the first hurdle with a "connection to server lost" error that booted me out and crashed AR back to the desktop. Since then, I can open AR but cannot log in and access my company file. I can still access all data via MYOB Business (app.myob.com) without issue, but it is the pre-restored data.
Assuming my company file has been locked out by the failed restore? Is anyone able to assist? Hoping it's a quick fix!
Edit: Disregard. The issue now seems to have resolved itself, either that or it heard all of the degrading, demeaning, and downright disrespectful threats and insults that were being yelled...
