can't log on to my.MYOB
I cannot log on to my.MYOB to set up bank feeds. Under user access I am ticked for This user will sign on with a my.MYOB account but when I try to set up bank feeds I go through the my.MYO...

My apologies for the late response. Thank you for sending us the complete error message you're receiving when trying to set up bank feeds. It seems like you might be encountering an issue related to your login credentials or user access permissions. We've done some checking on your account, and we recommend using the email you log in as an administrator or owner of the file when setting up bank feeds.
You may log out, refresh the software, log back in again, and re-do the bank feed setup.
