Can't login, Backup in progress...

I can't login to my MYOB file. Error message states "Backup in progress". It seems to be stuck in this process as it has been backing up for about 14 hours now. Can you fix this?

    Hey Chris015,

     

    The fourteen‑hour “Backup in progress” hang‑around would’ve driven anyone up the wall. This happens after AccountRight gets shut down through End Task right in the middle of a backup, leaving the file convinced it’s still busy. The fix is nice and simple because our team can run a script to clear that backup flag, so feel free to reach out to them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
