Hey Chris015,
The fourteen‑hour “Backup in progress” hang‑around would’ve driven anyone up the wall. This happens after AccountRight gets shut down through End Task right in the middle of a backup, leaving the file convinced it’s still busy. The fix is nice and simple because our team can run a script to clear that backup flag, so feel free to reach out to them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
