Cant login to MyMyob

Hi All, a question on MyMyob login. Having an error message when trying to login to MyMyob.

In the meantime, I do have access via AccountRight, oddly enough to only 1 of the files.

While here are all the files that I can see online.

Is MyMyob somehow inactive? Can this be resolved please? Have contacted the subscriber and they definitely have me as a user.

    Thank you for the post. I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to log in. To access your MYOB file, please go to app.myob.com and log in with your credentials.
