Thank you for the post. I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to log in. To access your MYOB file, please go to app.myob.com and log in with your credentials.

I am colleague of the OP. I found a similar issue posted in the past and it seems that some records on MYOB back end need to be refreshed in other for TatianaA to log back into my.MYOB: Unable to login to my.myob | MYOB Community.
Can you please confirm this? Many thanks!
