Can't open file after going online

I've just uploaded our file to online, but I am unable to login, it gives me the following error code: Invalid Fingerprint (100014). Can someone please help?   Thanks   Sue

I don't know how to private message you.  Clicking on the private message link in your reply didn't work.

The private message access is enabled, can you try this link again please. If it doesn't work please clear your browser cache and try again.
