Im at my wits end finding someone to help me with my subscription. My original software I paid for back in 2006, then in 2019 they transferred me to to the MYOB Account Live version that went from $22 per mth to now $82 per mth!. I am a sole trader with no employees. I do not need this software. Where do I find the help I need?

If you're looking to manage your subscription, you can check out your options, view details, or make changes by logging in to your account at My.account It’s pretty straightforward there, and you’ll be able to see what you’re currently subscribed to.

Given that you first bought in 2006, you should have a Perpetual licence, which means you can revert to your old software and continue for free.
