Confirming company file

Hello Could someone please help me with confirming company files when an error message is displayed? I am not able to confirm online using the steps provided. I have Account Right Basics. Thank you...

    Thank you so much for your post. We do have a help article that will help you confirm your company file online: CONFIRM/ACTIVATE YOUR COMPANY FILE ONLINE

    If your having issues, feel free to send me a private message with your Serial Number and Company File code and I'll be happy to assist.
