confirming company file

I am using the old version of MYOB AccountRight Plus v2017.01 and I cannot confirm my company file online or via phone. Can you please help?

    Sorry to hear that you were not able to Confirm/Activate your company File Online: Confirm Online.
    I'd  be glad to help you with this, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

      * Serial number
      *  Company File ID
      * Company File Code or Build Number.
