Confirming MYOB File

It is that time of the year again.

BAS, tax and audit time and no access to MYOB file because I can;t confirm my company file.

Happens again because we are using old AccountRight MYOB software licenses which we bought outright many years ago.

 

Can someone please help again on file confirmation again.

The 1300 number (1300 555 151) from the last confirmation file received customer_service@myob.com.au does not work now. ??
