Confirming MYOB File

It is that time of the year again.

BAS, tax and audit time and no access to MYOB file because I can;t confirm my company file.

Happens again because we are using old AccountRight MYOB software licenses which we bought outright many years ago.

 

Can someone please help again on file confirmation again.

 

  • Here's the issue, I do not have an online account.  My version of MYOB never required me to have one. So when i try  My Account, the system says "you do not have access to this page."  MOCA says that they "don't know that one.... and are still learning"

     

      I do have a serial number and a company code and that is all I have ever needed to confirm my file.  I know the system does support automatic confirming for the past 8-10 years.  This is the first issue I have had.  I need a phone number of a real person who can help

  • I cannot confirm my VERY OLD MYOB AccountEdge file.  I have followed all the steps I normally follow. I get a Confirmation Code but the system says the code is invalid.  I am SUPER stressed about this.  Can anyone HELP!!!  I have a super small business, but I still cannot change software at this time in a fiscal year
