Confirming MYOB File

Here's the issue, I do not have an online account. My version of MYOB never required me to have one. So when i try My Account, the system says "you do not have access to this page." MOCA says that they "don't know that one.... and are still learning"
I do have a serial number and a company code and that is all I have ever needed to confirm my file. I know the system does support automatic confirming for the past 8-10 years. This is the first issue I have had. I need a phone number of a real person who can help
