How do I my display view to add or delete a column as I wanted to add description in my current view.

Thank you for your post and welcome to Community Forum.
My understanding is that you are trying to add a column in the custom forms that you have for a description of an item. Here is a guide on adding or customizing the tables on the form Add tables to forms.
