Emails not being delivered

Since update I am receiving messages about emails being undelivered. It is happening with invoices, statements and overdue invoices that I set up ages ago to send to clients as a reminder. Seeing if there is anyone else experiencing this

  • we are also having the issue of invoices / quotes not sending - did you find a solution???

    No. It obviously must be an issue MYOB needs to fix since the update. Happening to too many 

  • We are also getting the same.  Spamhaus seems to be blocking MYOB/Mandrill.  Most of the time the Undeliverable message contains the below at the bottom but when I click on the link the resulting page at Spamhaus says the IP address is fine.

    "Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable, Client host
      [198.2.186.20] blocked using Spamhaus. To request removal from this list
      see https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/198.2.186.20 AS(1440)
      [SY1PEPF00005A3D.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com 2025-05-16T06:05:18.355Z
