It's quite unusual for something that previously worked to change unexpectedly. First, ensure that their user role has the appropriate permissions to access purchase orders. If the issue persists, further investigation may be required to identify the cause. It's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MYOB Account so they can further look into your account and resolve this.
