I can't file my company file code in order to confirm my company file

I have made many attempts to confirm our company file without success. AccountRight version 2016.2.18.5106. I have the serial number but then it asks for the company file code which is nowhere to b...

I just want to let everyone know that my problem has been fixed. I managed to get a MYOB support person on the phone who emailed me a confirmation code. I ticked the box 'confirm by phone' and was able to upload the code which then reactivated my file ... yippeee! So thanks Gavin again for your advice.

Thanks very much for your response. I've been trying for days to make contact without any response. I would love MYOB to re-enable online confirmation but I can't get in touch with anyone even after leaving messages. If you have any idea of how to make contact with them I would be most grateful.
