I need a reconfirmation file, please
Hi,
I need a reconfirmation file for my AccountRight Standard 2015 version please. I am usually asked to reconfirm every 3 months or so. I have tried to reconfirm online but that results in an error dialogue box. I tried following the steps in the "Activating and confirming older MYOB products" but I think that that is for AccountRight 2019 not 2015 because the screenshots and commands in that process do not appear on my screen. I have been on the MYOB phone support line for half and hour now and there is no indication of where I might be in the queue. Help!
